• Registered Office Address (UK only) – Proof of address required

• Director Details - Full Name, Date of Birth*, Occupation, Nationality, Residential Address, Service Address

• Shareholders Details - Full Name, Date of Birth*, Occupation, Nationality, Residential Address, Service Address, Nature of Control and Three Security Details**

• Secretary Details - Full Name, Date of Birth*, Occupation, Nationality, Residential Address, Service Address

Director/s, Shareholder/s and Secretary will be required to provide Proof of ID and address.

* Must be at least 16 years old

** First three letters of mother’s maiden name, First three letters of father’s forename and First three letters of town of birth (these act as an online signature).

Anti Money Laundering

For the purposes of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and Criminal Finances Act 2017 we are regulated as an accountancy service provider by HMRC. We will conduct appropriate due diligence before the formation of the company, our customer due diligence process requires us to verify your identity. This process will require us to have access to government issued photo identification documents and two forms of proof of address (normally bank statements or utility bills dated within the last three months). This process will also require us to conduct a ‘soft search’ of your credit records. We currently use Equifax as our Credit Reference Agency (CRA). Please note that we provide company formation services only for UK resident with the right to live and work in the UK.
